SUMMARY:

Driver improvement clinics; demerit points. Decreases the amount of demerit points a driver under the age of 18 must accumulate before the Commissioner directs such person to attend a driver improvement clinic. The Commissioner shall require a driver under 18 to attend driving school if he accumulates 9 demerit points within 12 months or 12 demerit points within 24 months.
