SUMMARY:

State/Local Hospital Program. Establishes an alternate State/Local Hospitalization (SLH) Program allocation and payment method to eliminate certain local and state administrative requirements, avoid the misrepresentation of the availability of SLH coverage for qualified applicants after funds have been exhausted, and link the new SLH reimbursement system to the Virginia Medicaid Program.
