SUMMARY:

Forfeiture; vehicles used in fire bomb offenses. Authorizes seizure and forfeiture of vehicles, aircraft and other conveyances used in the concealment, transportation or conveyance of any fire bomb or explosive material or device. The procedures to be followed are the same as those authorized for forfeiture of vehicles used in connection with ABC violations.
