SUMMARY:
Prisons; payment for substance abuse treatment. Requires a parolee, when substance abuse treatment is a condition of parole, to contribute towards the cost of such treatment based on his ability to pay.
Regulations shall provide that any fee collected be paid directly to the service provider and persons may be exempted from payment based on unreasonable hardship.
