SUMMARY:
Reports to Central Criminal Records Exchange. Clarifies the reporting responsibilities of law enforcement officials for certain arrests and specifies certain officials required to make reports on an offender's correctional status. The bill also requires the Secretary of the Commonwealth to report gubernatorial pardons, reprieves and commutations to the Exchange.
