SUMMARY:

Identification cards for persons with hearing dogs. Repeals the requirement for the provision of identification cards for persons who are accompanied by hearing dogs. Other service dog owners are not required to have identification cards and there is no requirement for such cards for entrance to public places. There are currently other requirements in the Code to identify hearing dogs (§ 51.5-44).

This bill is identical to HB 1092.
