SUMMARY:

Eminent domain; certificates of title. Authorizes the Department of Transportation to employ persons or firms to provide certificates of title to the Department for property interests being acquired by the Department for the construction and improvement of highways. This is a duplicate of HB 1256, and is carried over to 1997.
