SUMMARY:

Property and conveyances; Subdivided Land Sales Act. Repeals several provisions of the Subdivided Land Sales Act relating to the registration of developers with the Real Estate Board. Provisions of the Act which are not obsolete have been superseded by the Property Owners' Association Act. The bill also contains technical corrections.
