SUMMARY:
Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; Real Estate Board. Removes the restrictions on correspondence courses in favor of allowing the Real Estate Board to develop criteria for correspondence courses and other distance learning. Currently, correspondence courses are authorized only when a licensee can show that there is no classroom instruction provided in his locality. The bill also contains technical amendments.
