SUMMARY:

Vegetative waste. Requires that sites used for the disposal of vegetative waste be monitored for ground water contamination, and the presence of decomposition gases, and that the permit holder for such sites providefinancial assurance and certification from the local government that the site is in compliance with all ordinances.
