SUMMARY:

Salaries of members of boards of supervisors. Permits changes in the salary of an incumbent member of a board of supervisors to take effect during his term if the supervisors are elected for staggered terms on any schedule. Currently, the exemption to the prohibition on changes in salary taking effect during an incumbent member's term applies only if supervisors are elected for staggered terms annually.
