SUMMARY:

Economic growth sharing. Allows localities to enter into economic growth-sharing agreements. Prior to adoption by the governing bodies of the localities, such agreements are to be submitted to the Commission on Local Government for its review, and the participating localities must each hold a hearing on the agreement.
