SUMMARY:
Motor vehicles; maximum speed limits. Establishes maximum speed limits of seventy miles per hour on the Interstate System of Highways, sixty miles per hour on non-limited access highways having four or more lanes, and fifty-five miles per hour on all other state primary highways.
