SUMMARY:
Family day homes. Maintains the threshold for licensure as a family day home at nine children, exclusive of the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home. Senate Bill 777 and House Bill 2380, passed by the 1993 General Assembly, provided that on July 1, 1996, the threshold for licensure as a family day home would drop from nine to six.
