SUMMARY:
Department of General Services; Division of Purchases and Supply; sale of surplus equipment. Includes ADP equipment in the types of surplus equipment which are required to be transferred from one state agency to another by the Division of Purchases and Supply. Currently, ADP equipment is not required to be transferred or sold. The bill also repeals the provision which requires surplus ADP (automated data processing) equipment to be disposed of in accordance with procedures established by the Department of Information Technology.
