SUMMARY:

Child support enforcement. Allows the Division of Child Support Enforcement to file a proposed modified order in the court having current jurisdiction or the court which entered the order. Current law requires the proposed modified order to be filed in the court which entered the order. The bill also provides that the modified order will be effective from the date that notice of the review was provided to the non-requesting party, rather than from the date the order was entered.
