SB 269 Condominium Act.

SUMMARY:

Condominium Act. Authorizes the unit owners' association, to the extent the condominium instruments expressly so provide, to limit the number of persons who may occupy a condominium unit as a dwelling. The bill provides that any such limitation shall be reasonable and shall not be more restrictive than the applicable local zoning ordinance. The bill also requires disclosure in the public offering statement of any such limitation.
