SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer franchise acts. Limits what constitutes "good cause" in the cancellation of a franchise agreement under the Wine Franchise Act and the Beer Franchise Act. The bill provides that good cause shall not exist without a finding of a material deficiency for which the wholesaler is responsible in any case in which good cause is alleged to exist based on circumstances not currently specified in law.
