SUMMARY:
Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act; determination of payments. Requires the Commonwealth to provide additional financial payments, over and above the current calculations in the Act and the budget bill, to incorporate services for (i) pre- and post-dispositional community diversion and (ii) post-dispositional juveniles adjudicated delinquent for the first time.
