SUMMARY:
Fortified drug house. Creates a new offense, punishable as a Class 5 felony, for maintaining or operating a fortified drug house. A fortified drug house is a structure which is substantially modified to prevent lawful entry by police, used for the illegal trafficking of drugs and the object of a valid search warrant.
