SUMMARY:
Charitable Gaming Commission; powers. Authorizes the Commission, upon request of a local governing body, to delegate its authority to administer and enforce the provisions of the charitable gaming laws and the regulations of the Commission to such local governing body, provided such local governing body can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Commission, that it has the requisite staff and resources to administer a regulatory program which is substantially equivalent to that of the Commission.
