SUMMARY:

Electronic access to the Codes. Allows the private sector and agencies of the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions to access the text of the Code of Virginia and the Virginia Administrative Code, subject to such conditions as may be established by the Virginia Code Commission, through the Legislative Electronic Information System and the Internet.
