SUMMARY:
Carnal knowledge of confined persons or persons under supervision. Repeals the current law (Class 6 felony, 15 or older; in custody of DYFS) and creates a new section which makes carnal knowledge by a supervisor or custodian of any person committed to or supervised by the Department of Corrections, or the Department of Youth and Family Services, a Class 6 felony.
