SUMMARY:

Annual fees for mortgage lenders. Changes from "total assets" to "business volume" a factor used in the State Corporation Commission's setting of an annual fee schedule for mortgage lenders. Under the bill, the schedule is to bear a reasonable relationship to the business volume of individual mortgage lenders.
