SUMMARY:

Overweight permits. Increases allowable tandem axle weights of cotton module haulers operating under overweight permits from 40,000 pounds to 44,000 pounds from September 1 through December 31 of each year and limits gross weights of these vehicles to a maximum of 56,000 pounds.
