SUMMARY:

Drug asset seizure. Requires notice of seizure for forfeiture to be served within 21 days of receipt by the Commonwealth's attorney of the written notice of seizure from the seizing agency. The Supreme Court has interpreted the current statute to require notice within 21 days of the seizure for evidentiary purposes.
