SUMMARY:
Oxygenated gasoline regulations. Exempts the adoption, amendment and repeal of regulations related to gasoline oxygenation requirements of the federal Clean Air Act from provisions of the Administrative Process Act. Such regulatory actions are to be effective upon adoption by the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services and filing with the Registrar of Regulations. Enforcement of any provision of existing or future regulations requiring the sale or use of oxygenated gasoline is prohibited, except to the extent required by federal law or regulation.
