SUMMARY:
Elections; voting procedures at the polls. Adds a requirement that the voter present a form of identification when he offers to vote at the polls. The required identification may be any one of the following: his Commonwealth of Virginia voter registration card, his social security card, or any pre-printed form of identification which shows his name and address, name and signature, or name and photograph.
