SUMMARY:

Commonwealth Transportation Board; public utility facilities. Provides that the Commonwealth Transportation Board, on any toll project, shall pay the costs and expenses of relocating public utility facilities owned or operated by public service corporations. On all other projects, public service corporations shall not be paid by the Board for the cost and expense of relocating their public utility facilities. This bill is a duplicate of HB 945 (including amendments).
