SUMMARY:

Special license plates; international symbol of access. Exempts special license plates whose designs are combinations of special license plate designs from minimum issue requirements if either design in the combination incorporates or includes the international symbol of access (wheelchair symbol). This bill is a duplicate of HB 1175.
