Virginia War Memorial Foundation. Provides for reimbursement of Virginia War Memorial Foundation Trustees for their actual expenses incurred while performing their duties, up to the per diem rate established for reimbursing members of the General Assembly when attending committee meetings when the legislature is not in session.
