SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemptions; commercial, industrial and educational omnibus bill. Extends the sunset date from June 30, 1996, to June 30, 2001, for all applicable commercial, industrial and educational sales and use tax exemptions. The bill also establishes sales and use tax exemptions for all United Way agencies, the United Negro College Fund, and the dredging industry.
