SUMMARY:

Personal property tax; classification. Extends the current classification for motor vehicles owned by members and auxiliary members of a volunteer rescue squad or volunteer fire department to include one motor vehicle leased by such members, if the member is required by the terms of the lease to pay the personal property tax on the vehicle.
