SUMMARY:

Rural development plan. Directs the Departments of Economic Development and Agriculture and Consumer Services to develop and implement a rural economic development plan. The resolution suggests what should, at the minimum, be included in such a plan. The agencies are to report annually their progress in developing and implementing the plan.
