SUMMARY:
Study; services for mentally disabled. Establishes a joint subcommittee for the purpose of evaluating the future delivery of publicly funded mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse services in the Commonwealth in light of numerous real and anticipated federal funding changes and new demands upon the state to provide cost-effective, appropriate services to an increasing number of potential clients.
