SUMMARY:
Study; environmental future. Establishes a 16-member joint subcommittee and requests that it conduct a two-year study of the future of Virginia's environment. The joint subcommittee is charged with examining the history of environmental and natural resources programs and developing a long-term vision and plan for the management of Virginia's natural resources.
