Study; long-term care options. Requests the Secretary of Health and Human Resources, with the participation by various interest groups, to study long-term care options available to the elderly and disabled in the Commonwealth. The study centers around how the Commonwealth can structure a system which best meets the needs of clients in the most cost-effective and innovative way.
