SUMMARY:

Study; organ transplantation. Establishes a joint subcommittee to examine the payment procedures in the organ transplantation process in order to establish a clear protocol as to the payment of costs during the period after a donor has been declared "brain dead" and the time at which the organs are harvested for transplantation.
