SUMMARY:
United States Constitution; amendment; term limits for Congress. Memorializes the Congress to propose an amendment to the United States Constitution to limit the length of service in the Congress. The United States Supreme Court ruled in 1995 that a federal constitutional amendment is required to address this issue, and the Court struck down state attempts to impose such limits.
