SUMMARY:

Study; Accountability for Educational Excellence. Establishes the Commission on Accountability for Educational Excellence. The Commission is requested to develop and recommend a plan for statewide student and teacher assessments, and recommend ways in which students' time-on-task and classroom instructional time might be maximized to ensure educational excellence.
