SUMMARY:

Child care. Directs the Secretaries of Health and Human Resources, Education, and Economic Development to develop a plan to update and implement the Virginia Plan for Professional Development in Early Childhood Education in the Commonwealth. The Secretaries are to report on their plan to the Commission on Early Childhood and Child Day Care Programs by November 15, 1996.
