Study; Department of Agriculture functions. Establishes a joint subcommittee to examine the impact of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) reorganization on the operations the Office of Consumer Affairs, the Office of International Marketing, and the seed testing laboratory, and whether VDACS is the appropriate agency to regulate the aquaculture industry.
