SUMMARY:
Out-of-service inspections. Adds Chesapeake to the list of localities (Alexandria, Fairfax City, Falls Church, Lynchburg, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Arlington, Chesterfield, Fairfax County and any city contiguous thereto, Henrico, Loudoun, and Prince William) whose specially trained law-enforcement officers are authorized to conduct out-of-service inspections of commercial vehicles. This is a duplicate of SB 279.
