SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; package store licenses. Permits the ABC Board to grant "package store" licenses which authorize the licensees to sell alcoholic beverages at retail for off-premises consumption. Currently, only the ABC Board is authorized to sell spirits. The bill also provides for limitations on the operation of package stores.
