SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; regulations of the Board. Requires the Board, by regulation, to provide for the licensure of persons wishing to dance as professional dancers in licensed ABC retail establishments. The bill provides that a licensee who is authorized to sell alcoholic beverages at retail shall not be liable for any violations of ABC law or Board regulations committed by a person licensed by the Board to dance there unless the retail licensee has actual knowledge of and permitted such activity to occur.
