SUMMARY:
Constitutional amendment (voter referendum); school boards and personnel. Provides for a referendum at the November 5, 1996, election on a proposed amendment that will authorize the General Assembly to enact a personnel grievance procedure for school board employees which would permit a body other than the school board to resolve the grievance.
