SUMMARY:
Reports to Central Criminal Records Exchange. Clarifies the reporting responsibilities of law-enforcement officials for certain arrests and specifies specific officials required to make reports on an offender's correctional status. The bill expands the types of arrests reportable to include custody upon indictments, presentments and informations. The bill also requires the Secretary of the Commonwealth to report gubernatorial pardons, reprieves and commutations to the Exchange.
