SUMMARY:

Commercial Space Flight Authority; advisory board. Empowers the Commercial Space Flight Authority to appoint an industry advisory board to advise the Authority on issues related to the performance of its duties. The Authority has discretion to determine the number and qualifications of the members, and whether or not such members are compensated from funds available to the Authority.
