SUMMARY:

Management of school funds. Authorizes local governing bodies to require their schools boards and division superintendents to reserve up to five percent of the locally appropriated school funds until 30 days prior to the end of the local fiscal year. The reserved moneys may be expended with the consent of the local governing body.
