SUMMARY:

Virginia Fair Housing Law; illegal preferences. Provides that the reference alone to places of worship including, but not limited to, churches, synagogues, temples, or mosques in any published notice, statement or advertisement is not prima facie evidence of an illegal preference under the Fair Housing Law.
